"Jade Hook" is a hook design, carved from the Siberian Nephrite Jade . This piece is strung on soft but durable nylon cord with matching hand-carved beads which slide to adjust cord length.

Note from the Artist: As a child, my father taught me how to fish. Fishing is a traditional pastime in my family. We are taught to honor the water and the fish, to be a steward of the land and sea so that we all may enjoy and feed our families for generations to come. This design is inspired by that tradition.
